The customer’s attention is drawn to these terms and conditions of business. All orders placed with the company via the website only and contractual agreements via the website only with the company are subject to these terms and conditions at all times. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the statutory rights of a consumer.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount paid for that item less any reductions which may be applicable.
Returns must be notified to us in writing within 14 days of the delivery date and items must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept back any mattresses that have been removed from the original packaging.
Please research your product before buying it from our site. No refunds or exchanges will be authorised if products are found cheaper after delivery has been accepted.
In cases where a return is requested, you do not need to disassemble your product for collection. All we ask is that your unwanted item is returned in the condition it was received.
How to make a return
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know you wish to return any items. We will need to know your order reference, item (s) information and the date you ordered.
You may deliver the goods back to our warehouse or alternatively we can arrange collection at a minimum cost of £49 which we will deduct from the refund.
Please note this returns policy does not apply to items that have been specifically tailored to your requirements or special-order items which may be subject to a restocking fee of 50%.
Refund Policy
We will process your refund as soon as you let us know that you would like one or from the date that we receive your item back in stock.
Orders not yet delivered may take up to 14 days to refund from the day of notification. We will refund your purchase price, excluding our administration fee of £49 per order.
Orders that have been delivered and returned will be refunded within 14 working days. We will refund your purchase price, excluding our collection and restocking charge of £99 per order after we have received your item(s) back in stock.
For security reasons, you will be refunded on the card or payment method that you used to place your order.
Please note this returns policy does not apply to items that have been specifically tailored to your requirements or special-order items which cannot be returned.
Failed Deliveries
Please do not dispose of your existing items until you have received your order from us.
Due to any reason you are not available in person to accept on the delivery day we reserve the right to charge a fee of £69 for redelivery. A re scheduled delivery will be in respect of our delivery schedule, van capacity & availability in your local area.
Access
To help your delivery go as smooth as possible it is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into your home.
It is very important that you carefully measure where your furniture will be placed and consider difficult access points or parking restrictions. Ensuring there is access to the relevant room and the route our delivery team will take to get it there.
If you have any tight corners, narrow staircases and doorways or any other access related concerns please contact our Customer Services Team.
Delivery
The delivery estimates quoted on this site are not guaranteed however you may use them as an expectation of when you may receive your order. We will do our utmost to meet our quoted delivery time.
Standard delivery
These orders are delivered by a one-man service. This means the courier will only deliver your item to the front door of the delivery address. For apartment blocks, the delivery driver will only deliver to the lobby of the building.
Free standard delivery is only available on orders over £250 to most UK addresses
Once you have placed your order, we will confirm your order for orders in stock. For orders that are not currently in stock we will confirm an approximate delivery time within 48 hours.
On delivery day, you’ll receive a courtesy call before delivery.
Delivery estimates are for all Standard mainland UK addresses. Delivery to more remote addresses in the UK may incur a delay of 2 to 3 weeks dependent on our delivery schedule. An estimated delivery turnaround will be given when you have placed your order.
CT, BH, CA, DG, DT, KA, FK, IP, SY, KY, NR, – Additional £45 charge
AB, BT, CF, DD, EX, LD, LL, PH, PA, PL, TQ, SA, TA, TR – Additional £65 charge
IV, KW – Additional £95 charge
Deliveries are normally completed Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm. In all cases, delivery date and time will be agreed with you beforehand.
Standard delivery time is 7-14 working days.
Warranty
In respect of all goods supplied, the company shall not be liable for any defect in or failure of goods as a result of misuse by the customer or any third party, due lack of care, or lack of general maintenance. A standard warranty period of 12 months is provided for our goods.
The company will only accept liability providing you have notified in writing within 14 working days of any such defect or failure becoming apparent to the customer and the defective goods being retained by the customer for the inspection by the company.
